Se va sofriendo el tomate y la cebolla ralladitos, y se añaden las patitas de los calamares. Cuandoel sofrito esté casi hecho, se añaden los piñones, el ajo y el perejil troceaditos, la pimienta y el clavo molido. Se deja enfriar. Se rellenan los calamares con el sofrito y se sellan con palillos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;font-size:130%;"&gt;Se vuelve a hacer otro sofrito con más tomate y cebolla rallada. Se echa el vino blanco y se añaden los calamares para que hiervan un ratito. Cuando pasan los 1o minutos se añaden los garbanzos y el arroz, y se deja hirviendo otros 10 minutos. Mientras tanto, se va calentando el horno con el GRILL al máximo. Cuando se chupe el caldo y el arroz siga un poco durito, se baten los huevos y se echan por encima de la paella. Se va añadiendo poco a poco el bacon, el queso y las espinacas por todo el molde. Se pone encima una capa de queso rallado. Se mete en el horno durante 45 minutos aproximadamente. Que hierva todo 20 minutos. Se echan las patatas y que hierva un poco más.
